Andrew is beyond helpful and I doubt there's anything he can't fix or do. I have a lot of respect for him and his company and keep coming back to him whenever there's an issue with a console that I can't repair myself (e.g BGA reballing). Their turnaround time is extremely quick and the work they do is highly professional. I would recommend this business for anyone with hardware issues, whether that be PC or console or even other devices.

I bought a whole new high end system from Scunthorpe Computers earlier this year. Sadly I had a lot of problems with the system (hardware issues) and I did a LOT of complaining about this lol. Fortunately for me Scunthorpe computers were unrelenting in fixing the problem. They regularly went way above and beyond what you would expect from any company and they did not stop working for me until all of the problems were fixed. Their level of communication is better than any PC retailer I have ever dealt with. Nothing is too much trouble and they ALWAYS have time to discuss things and work out a resolution, even when I was quite upset and frustrated. I would have no hesitation recommending this company to anybody right from amateur PC users to high end enthusiasts. Thank you for your patience, understanding and expertise.
